Youth
International Baptist Church considers the next generation to be one of its most important ministries.
SOUL CAFÉ
Every week after church worship service, the youth head into the Soul Café. There we nourish our souls and our stomachs! All youth (12-18) are welcome to join as we discover God’s word and encourage one another in the faith. The Soul Café is usually led by church volunteers and our youth interns.
TIME: 11:45 (Following IBC Service)
PLACE: Youth Room (Soul Café) at IBC
SHILLAGE
What is a Shillage? There is only one way to find out! Come to the Shillage on a Friday night! All youth are welcome as we worship, play games, hear from God’s word, and much more. We usually find ourselves at Burger King afterwards too. This youth ministry is comprised of students from many schools including Hong Kong International School, West Island School, South Island School, French International School, Queen’s College, and many more! You do not have to be a part of IBC to join the Shillage either. We have students from many different churches and many nationalities. We hope to see you there. Please contact us if you have any questions!
TIME: 7:00 pm – 9:00pm (Every Friday)
PLACE: Northside Ministry Center
1401 Connaught Commercial Building
185 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai

A Parent’s Guide to IBC and Shillage Youth Ministries
Thank you for visiting our youth ministry page. We truly appreciate you taking the time to get to know our ministry here. It is our fervent prayer that by ministering to your children we can also minister to you. We also hope that you would join with us in this youth ministry, these are after all your children.
There are four parts to the ministry we would like to introduce you to. Each we believe is important and is close to our heart. We believe that God is love and it is love that brings this ministry together. We love God through WORSHIP. We love each other through FELLOWSHIP. We learn more of God’s love through DISCIPLESHIP. We share God’s love with others through WORSHIP.
